Both Professionals & Amateurs may attend the Pro/Am Workshops. Professional Workshops are only open to Professional Dancers.

What is the focus of the Professional Classes vs. the focus of the Pro/Am Classes?

Pro classes are focused on helping professional dancers improve their dance skills, but not focused on teaching and how to improve teaching methods.

Are the Pro/Am classes geared more toward the amateur student?

Yes 😁 They are geared how how to improve your skills as Pro/Am dancer.

Can a professional go back and forth between the professional classes on their own and the Pro/Am classes with their student?

Yes 😁 However, the student cannot attend Professional classes.

Can an amateur attend the Pro/Am classes without a professional partner?

Yes 😁

What are Rounds?

Rounds are an opportunity to practice your choreography full out with live feedback from top Smooth coaches. They can be done solo, but are best attended with a dance partner!
