Please note:

You may only register one couple at a time. If you are a professional instructor registering multiple students, you must repeat the process for each student. If you are entering a solo event, please put your name in the “Leader” field and write “SOLO” in both follower fields.
When selecting the events you are registering for, only the forms for those events will be displayed. Each form will display on one page before moving to the next form. Please, do not refresh the page as this will clear your entry form(s). You may save your form and come back to it later.
You will have the chance to review your entries before submitting – Please review your entries carefully.
After you have finished, a copy of your entry(ies) will be sent to the email address you provided. An invoice will be sent within 3 – 5 business days.

^{2 –} Solos will be performed on the day/one of the days that has that style of Dance. For example: If you are performing a Latin Solo Exhibition, your performance will be sometime on Saturday with all other Latin dances.

After downloading and completing your form(s), email, or print and mail them to the Emerald Ball office. Once received, an invoice will be generated within 3-5 business days.
