Scholarships Added to Solo Star Day!

Three Top Solo dancers at Emerald Ball will be honored with cash prizes of $100, $75, and $50, recognizing their outstanding performance and dedication thanks to Nika DanceSport Foundation.

Established in 2018, thre organization is dedicated to supporting young dancers in realizing their dance aspirations to the fullest. Founded by Katia Zakharoff, a World Cup Professional Latin finalist, the foundation was envisioned as a platform to offer mentorship and guidance to budding dancers.

Engaging in numerous local programs in Washington state, the foundation provides training and performance opportunities to young dancers. Additionally, it offers scholarships at various events across the United States, with a keen focus on upcoming Solo competition events.
