Video Ads

Price:

Throughout the duration of the competition (6 days), a big screen TV will be playing ads on a loop outside the ballroom in the Registration Desk area. No one can get past the ballroom without first passing this high-traffic area – the perfect spot for your video ad.

Specs:

  • 30-45 seconds per ad
  • 16:9 size ratio (e.g., 1920 x 1080 px)
  • Accepted file formats: .MP4, .MOV, .AVI

Elevator Ads

Price:

Guest Elevators: $1,900

Parking Elevators: $1,500

Throughout the duration of the competition, your ad will be displayed on one of 9 elevators situated throughout the Hotel Lobby, right outside the International Ballroom. (Parking Elevators are slightly smaller and just around the corner from the Guest Elevators.)

    • GUEST ELEVATORS: 84′ x 40.5′ (Image will split at 20.25′)
    • PARKING ELEVATORS: 84′ x 40.5′ (Image will split at 20.25′)
  • CMYK color @ minimum 150 DPI
  • Accepted File Formats: .JPG, .PNG, .PDF, .AI, .EPS, .PSD, .TIFF. (Please make sure all layers are flattened and all fonts outlined if using vector graphics) .

DANCE VISION CIRCUIT Banner Ad

Throughout the duration of the competition, Heat Lists, Results and more will be continuously updated via the Dance Vision Circuit app on iOS and Android – here is a golden opportunity for more people to learn about your event or product. Only one available.
