We urge all potential concessionaires to reserve space as soon as possible by sending in a deposit of $750 before January 15, 2010. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due no later than February 28, 2010. Locations for returning vendors will be the same as 2009. Organizer will determine any remaining locations. VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO: Pay a minimum vendor fee of $1,200 or 10% of the gross revenues, whichever is greater. Pay $100 toward the cost of a security guard for 3 nights (Thursday, Friday & Saturday). A copy of all sales receipts must be turned in to the organizer at the end of each day with the day’s total sales noted. OPTIONAL ADVERTISING FOR VENDORS: You may place a full-page advertisement in the souvenir program at the cost of $250.
