1. Liane Onish w/ Gleb Makarov. A lot of feeling and character. I felt the turns were a bit tight, everything could be a little looser.

2. Elaine Sheresky w/ Victor Russu. I liked Elaine in this division and I think she would have been my winner. The work was not overdone but very finished.

3. Sue Eldred w/ Jim Maranto. Not Sue's best today, looked a bit heavy in places.

4. Mary Sue Schwartz w/ John Berry. Great choreography and very athletic. Sometimes I feel the lines are a bit hurried and unfinished.

5. Julia Brown w/ Michael Mead. I thought Julia danced very well today, she was the first lady to catch my eye and I felt she would place much higher.

6. Barbara Rosenblum w/ Nigel Clarke. A good choice for this final, but I feel the action is a little heavy in the swing dances.
